How have renovation projects changed over the years?

We have the opportunity to do some really nice projects as

WayMar has increased in public awareness. We get to do

bigger and more impressive jobs.

What would you say has been a recent trend in home renovations?

More upscale bathrooms and upscale kitchen renovations.

What is the first question you ask customers?

I establish a rapport and get to know them a little bit.

That helps me get a sense of where they want to go.

How do you make sure your customers are happy

with the end result?

Ask lots of questions.

How long have you been playing bagpipe?

8 years

Do you have a kilt to go along with your bagpipe?

No, because I am not Scottish.

How many hammers do you think you have ever

owned?

I think I have owned 4 hammers.

Do you still get slivers after working 14 years in

construction?

Yes, that doesn’t change at all.

What’s the best part about your job?

Seeing the finished project.

Do you know any other languages?

Yes, Spanish

Where did you learn Spanish?

In Guatemala where I was doing mission work.

Do you have any pets?

3 golden retrievers and a cat or 2...who knows how many.
